BMF PRESENTS DJ HARAM
DJ Haram is an electronic music producer, multi-disciplinary propagandist and self described anti-format DJ, originally from New Jersey and currently based in Brooklyn, NY. Stylistically versatile, Haram is known for her eclectic production and djing – experimental bass and club music; analogue synths and percussion; abrasive, noise adjacent rap collaborations; weaving in Middle Eastern instrumentation and samples. Haram makes up half of 700 Bliss, a hip hop/noise project with Moor Mother, and released the critically acclaimed Nothing to Declare in 2022. Her debut Beside Myself was released on Hyperdub in July 2025 – self described as "a testament to the survival of the spirit as an artist reckoning with the present global hellscape". Haram's set and productions reflect a fiercely independent vision of club culture that resonates with global underground audiences. This is her first show in Melbourne, and she will hit Quad Club hard.
Supports: SKNOW, STEV ZAR, HIPHOPHOE, MEGATRONIC

M.WARD & The Undertakers
M. Ward's love affair with Australia continues. After a sweet run of intimate Melbourne shows in early 2025, our favourite whisper soft ‘n' smoky songwriter and guitarist M. Ward returns to Australia in March with his band, The Undertakers for a special East Coast tour taking the music from metro bars to the regions.
Renowned for leaving his audiences spellbound, M.Ward's warm vocals, intricate guitar work and atmospheric songwriting light up rooms, reaffirming his status as one of the most quietly influential artists of his generation. Best known for his celebrated solo albums, his work with Zooey Deschanel as She & Him, and his role in the acclaimed supergroup Monsters of Folk, Ward continues to captivate fans around the world.
Joined by The Undertakers, Ward will bring a fuller, richer and more expansive live experience to Australian stages — weaving his signature folk-blues storytelling through the band's dynamic accompaniment. The result: an excellent chance to hear these songs in their most powerful form, in intimate venues along the East Coast.
Succulent Funk
We’ve had the joy of hosting so many beautiful nights across many a dancefloor, from the early days at Global Grooves to those heaving, sweaty nights at Angel Music Bar, and plenty of stops in between. But at its core, Succulent Funk has always been about you. The dancers, friends, newcomers and diggers coming together for that feeling of connection and dance floor euphoria. Brunswick is where that spark first caught, so we’re heading home to celebrate.
On January 30th, we’re taking over the Quad Club. A night honouring three years of smoke, sweat & soul… and of course, all you beautiful humans who make this possible. To mark the occasion, we’ve called in some of Naarm’s finest:
@Chris NG, a cornerstone of the city’s house scene, founder of Goodlife, true house music royalty.
@Mike Gurrieri, big-time digger, selector, and host of the iconic Mystic Brew on PBS, serving up the tastiest jazz-tinged house, broken beat & beyond.
@Akane, a rising voice bringing fresh energy and real dance floor intuition.
Plus your hosts, Miles Ahead & Emil LP, going B2B for the first time in a hot minute.
This one’s for everyone who’s supported us over these years, and anyone who simply loves a damn good dance.
